7-Day Easy Return & Size Exchange Policy

If the size is incorrect or you are not completely satisfied with your garment fit, you can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or size exchange, the item must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Request initiated within 7 calendar days of order delivery.
  • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains or odors.
  • Original clothing tags, brand labels, and packaging must remain fully intact.

2. How to Request an Exchange or Return

Initiating a request is quick and simple via WhatsApp or Email:

  1. WhatsApp Assistance: Send a message to +91 8469412004 with your Order ID, garment photo, and required new size.
  2. Email Assistance: Send an email to delhicreation25@gmail.com with subject "Return/Exchange Request - [Order ID]".
  3. Our support team will approve the request within 24 business hours and guide you on courier reverse pickup or return instructions.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

Once your returned parcel reaches our store in Modasa, Gujarat, our quality control team inspects the items:

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards/NetBanking): Refund will be credited directly to your original payment account within 5 to 7 business days post inspection.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be transferred directly to your verified Bank Account (via UPI / Bank Transfer) within 5 to 7 business days after details are shared by the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and sanitary standards, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Innerwear & socks.
  • Altered or customized garments.
  • Items damaged due to improper washing or handling.
