1. Order Dispatch & Processing
All orders are processed and packed directly from our store in Modasa, Gujarat. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on working days (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

3. Order Tracking

4. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
If the outer box or courier bag appears physically damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery or record a short unboxing video before opening the parcel. Report the issue to us within 24 hours at delhicreation25@gmail.com for an immediate replacement or investigation.
